🥌🎉 My painting Curling Composition (by Klára Sedlo) will be part of the official cultural programme of the Olympic Winter Games in Milan 2026!

You will see not only paintings inspired by winter sports, but also the work of Klára Sedlo, who contributed her figurative painting of three curling players to the exhibition. The exhibition is part of The Arts Programme of the Olympic Games.

Every time I watch the Winter Olympics, curling is my favorite sport. It may not be as engaging at first glance, full of speed and adrenaline-pumping twists and turns, but it is definitely exciting! And visually interesting - the poses of the players and the running of the stone on the ice look almost artistic. And the ice, the stone and the players themselves came to life in my imagination in a contrasting figurative composition, the color of which resembles baroque canvases. However, the gesture of painting remains contemporary - in some parts I used dynamic strokes and sharp, saturated colors.
